Mark as Useful This number continues to harass even after all bills have been paid in full. Claim to be "law office" and then call as a "friend". I have filed a complaint with CIBC Ombudsman and next is legal action.

Mark as Useful just called my provider verizon wireless, and they said they can put a block on my account just for this number that lasts 3 months. so if you guys are using verizon, call them up and explain and ask for the temporary block for that number. also make sure that if youre on the do-not-call list that you file a complaint!
